CBS News blames inflation on Russo-Ukrainian crisis?
Several weeks ago CBS News reported that US “inflation in January surged at fastest rate in 40 years”, whilst displaying a graph that reveals higher price hikes during 2021 (President Biden’s first year in charge, and the year that vaccine mandates were imposed) as compared with 2020 (President Trump’s last full year in office), referring to “sharp increases” in the cost of “gas, food”, and other items, in “the past year”. Now, as the Russo-Ukrainian crisis escalates, CBS News reports: “The U.S. economy has been hit with increased gas prices, inflation, and supply-chain issues due to the Ukraine crisis.” Source.
