Cuomo and sexual assault

In 2018 New York Governor and Democrat Andrew Cuomo said: “The allegations of sexual assault against Judge Kavanaugh are disturbing and deeply concerning. We owe it to the American people to #BelieveSurvivors.” Source.

Now facing his own sexual assault allegations in 2021, Cuomo, as reported by Newsweek, “denies he engaged in the behavior he’s accused of” and said: “I won’t speculate about people’s possible motives, but I can tell you, as a former attorney general who’s gone through this situation many times, there are often many motivations for making an allegation, and that is why you need to know the facts before you make a decision”. Source.
