Ivermectin now effective?
We earlier reported that ivermectin was dismissed as a treatment for COVID-19 by mainstream news sources and authorities in many developed countries, despite its apparent uses in other countries. CNN was also exposed as being deceitful about popular podcaster Joe Rogan taking ‘horse dewormer’ when he had taken ivermectin approved for humans, prescribed by a doctor, and which had seemingly been successful. The use of ivermectin as treatment for COVID-19 was effectively banned in several countries, such as Australia. Source.
Now Reuters reports that “Japanese trading and pharmaceuticals company Kowa… said that anti-parasite drug ivermectin showed an "antiviral effect" against Omicron and other coronavirus variants in joint non-clinical research.” Source. Australia’s News.com.au also reported on the development, adding that “Ivermectin first began to be touted as a therapeutic for Covid-19 in early 2020 after scientists in Melbourne found it could inhibit SARS-CoV-2 in the lab in high doses.” Source.
Okay then.
