More countries not verifying COVID vaccine adverse events

Just days ago we published an entry on the authorities in the US, Germany, and Australia failing to verify the many COVID-19 reports in their own vaccine adverse event reporting systems, a mere fraction of the reports that should be made, and then declaring that we can’t refer to these as they’re unverified; with the best excuse being that there are simply too many (!) to deal with.

Now we learn that a similar situation arises in the United Kingdom. UK health regulator, the MHRA, acknowledged in a letter responding to an FOIA request: “Spontaneous reports of suspected serious adverse reactions associated with medicines and vaccines, such as the reports received through the Yellow Card scheme, are not subject to the regulations for collection of ‘solicited’ adverse reactions arising during clinical trials. As such we do not hold either the SOP [standard operating procedure] requested, or information requested in b) and c) above [concerning the number of suspected serious adverse events and causality].” Source. So it appears that they aren’t verifying the reports of COVID-19 vaccine adverse events, don’t know how many have been verified, and don’t even know how to go about doing the verifying.

And this is despite the MHRA declaring: “In relation to COVID-19 vaccines, the MHRA has authorised their supply following a rigorous review of their safety, quality and efficacy; however, as part of its statutory functions, the MHRA is responsible for monitoring all vaccines on an ongoing basis to ensure their benefits continue to outweigh any risks.” Source.

Okay then.

Extra: Here is the TL;DR (too long; didn’t read) for this whole issue. If you suffer from an adverse event related to the COVID-19 vaccines, you should report it to the regulators. This is especially important, as not all such events will be reported. Now your report, along with many others, will likely go unverified by the regulators. With very few verified reports of adverse events, the regulators declare the COVID-19 vaccines to be safe. Science, bitches!

Extra: Read this again. And again. Bookmark it. Share it. And refer to it every time someone tells you that the COVID-19 vaccines have been declared safe, and that the benefits outweigh the risks, after much rigorous research and surveillance.
