Vaccine passports needed?

As reported by CNN, numerous countries are considering, implementing, or have already implemented vaccine passports: “Israel has already instituted a vaccine passport, which allows holders to go to restaurants and gyms… Britain and the European Union are considering vaccine passports... Australia, Denmark and Sweden “have committed to implementation.”” Source.

The World Health Organization, however, as reported by Reuters, “does not back requiring vaccination passports for travel due to uncertainty over whether inoculation prevents transmission of the virus, as well as equity concerns”. “WHO spokeswoman Margaret Harris” said that “we are not certain at this stage that the vaccine prevents transmission”. Source.
