Biden's idea to fight inflation

We reported earlier on the record-breaking inflation in the US since President Biden began his term, which mainstream news sources seemed keen to blame on Russia. As reported by Reuters, in his State of the Union speech Biden apparently has a plan to address this: “We have a choice. One way to fight inflation is to drive down wages and make Americans poorer. I think I have a better idea to fight inflation: Lower your costs, not your wages.” Source.
