Raphael,

I so much appreciate your open and honest tone. It would be great if there were news sources we could trust to be 100% accurate. I think that is an unrealistic and unachievable goal and so I've given up that pursuit. What I am looking for is honesty and integrity, which, in the end, recognizes, admits, and corrects mistakes when they are made, while still holding to an unwavering commitment to report the facts. I sense that in you and your reporting. I'm one of those new subscribers so I don't know much about OTN so there is still work to be done on your part in terms of developing your good reputation. I just want to encourage you to keep up the good work!

" I can move on . . . devoting all of my intellectual pursuits to exposing fake news."

You're going to be a very busy guy. Since the PLANdemic has ushered in a new level of state-sanctioned propaganda, can you tell me what in the dinosaur media is not fake news? I will admit I recently saw Ed Dowd on Tucker Carlson, who previously gave a full hour to RFK Jr. And Peter McCullough has appeared on several FNC shows, notably Laura Ingram and Shannon Bream. Much of even FNC hosts will toe the party line to discredit exposing the COVID fraud as Steve Kirsch found out the hard way. He offered to provide hard data of vaccine casualties and the FNC host. . . on air. . . refused the information. As for the rest, CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC, I"ve never seen a segment of my trusted sources even given any air time. That's a lot of ground for you to cover. Look at the bright side. You will never run out of material until the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on humanity is exposed. . . and snowflakes' heads will be exploding everywhere.

From what I read from others around the globe, fake news is a universal mental disorder. It seems national media globally are constitutional incapable of telling the truth. I"m especially interested in what you experience in Australia. My impression is at one time, Aussies were a particular hearty independent breed. What happened?

Thank you both. Aussies are too lazy, we look to America to be brave, as always! As for Fox News, check out our ownership series. The same people own MSNBC, CNN, Fox News, Pfizer, etc. https://okaythennews.substack.com/p/owners-of-everything-even-each-other

I read your linked post. Informative. That you provide links to your assertions is critical to me. Have to admit from your post it's worse than I realized. Regarding my comments on Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingrahm, note that I commended them for giving air time to people who have proven their trustworthiness, like McCullough. Almost no one else will. ANd particularly note that I cited 2 individuals who happen to work on FNC, while criticizing another FNC host who refused information offered that opposed the state propaganda.

Here's the analogy. THis week I added you to my list of subscriptions. Yesterday I deleted one. It's all based on quality of content that I can corroborate from other sources, or which the author provides links to those other sources for this independent corroboration. Hence my comment on your approach. It is individuals, not organizations.

In principle, I approach everything with a healthy skepticism. I'm willing to listen to your argument. but I won't be persuaded unless you present facts which I can independently verify. And I can be persuaded by said facts. Ideologues can't do that. I go from skeptic to cynic once I"ve caught a source presenting provably false narrative, and refusing to correct and retract in a very public way. But even after you've earned my trust, everything is still scrutinized and must be backed by fact. That's the world we live in today where the vast majority of what I here I consider fake news. Which was my original comment. You're going to be a very busy guy. Look forward to it.

Indeed, question everything and everyone. Even me. Always check out the sources I link to for yourself. And if I don't link to sources (pretty much impossible, given our MO), demand them of me. I do like to think I'm pretty solid, though. I go where the evidence leads, for my own satisfaction, and gladly share what I've discovered with others, even if it's very controversial. And I'm not for sale. Those people on the mainstream news outlets are getting paid 30mil/year to lie to you. I'd rather keep doing what I'm doing here, for free.
