Even with the pandemic winding down news outlets like CNN continue to promote COVID vaccines, warning us about the dangers of long COVID (more formally known as post–COVID-19 condition or PCC), which can lead to “cardiovascular events including arrhythmias, stroke, heart failure and coronary artery disease”, and even “a doubled risk of death”. Source.
A new study on young people in the Infectious Diseases journal has found that long COVID is equally prevalent in the infected and the non-infected: “SARS-CoV-2 positivity was not associated with the development of PCC (relative risk [RR], 1.06; 95% CI, 0.83 to 1.37; final multivariable model utilizing modified Poisson regression). The main risk factor for PCC was symptom severity at baseline (RR, 1.41; 95% CI, 1.27-1.56). Low physical activity (RR, 0.96; 95% CI, 0.92-1.00) and loneliness (RR, 1.01; 95% CI, 1.00-1.02) were also associated, while biological markers were not.” Source.
Okay then.
Extra: If long COVID is not exclusive to COVID, what could be causing it? Lockdowns? The COVID jabs? The spike protein? Will we eventually find, as with COVID deaths and non-COVID deaths, that the jabbed are just as likely or even more likely to suffer from long COVID? Especially when the symptoms seem to be things the jab is known to cause? Should we then call it ‘long jab’ instead?
https://outraged.substack.com/p/dr-dietrich-klinghardt?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email one possible answer? I am unjabbed take quercetin and all the good supplements. Got mild cold (covid?) Had parosmia ever since. Onion, garlic and chicken taste and smell awful. Certain toiletries smell foul...
"Will we eventually find, as with COVID deaths and non-COVID deaths, that the jabbed are the ones more likely to suffer from long COVID?"
This would surprise me... not. Right at the start of the rollout, we were told that those who are vaccinated but have already had the virus are likely to suffer worse adversity than those who were vaccinated without having already had the virus. Why, in the name of whatever's left that's still holy, would someone who had been unwell with covid then step up for a risky, warp speed, half-assed vaccine, knowing that they now have antibodies, that ALL drugs & medicines carry risk & that this risk is not worth taking for anyone equipped with antibodies thanks to previous infection, is beyond me. But the media was trumpeting the claim that those who get covid can easily get it again, thanks to the emerging variants, so I guess any folks following the advice of the media could easily have figured that vaccination is the best route to longer term protection/immunity. Of course, we all well know now that that was bull, that in fact previous infection produced far more durable antibodies, with some researchers even claiming that a SARS-I infection rendered the patient with ten to twelve years worth of coronavirus protection with no reason to presume any different for SARS-II. Of course, those getting their antibodies from infection rather than the vaccines are not just gaining enduring protection, they are also avoiding a veritable cornucopia of side-effects, many of which are long-lasting & of course, some of which can be fatal.
So I figured quite early on that so-called Long Covid could be cover for longer-term adverse reactions in those who were vaccinated despite having already been infected. Because, as I said, we were told that these are the folks most likely to endure worse & longer last adverse reactions to the vaccines. If, as it appears from the research reported here, that those with Long Covid have not ever had the virus, there can be little doubt that Long Covid has some other cause. The most obvious other cause is obviously the vaccines.
Just some quotes & links follow to support my claims...
Enduring immunity - "The third and possibly the most consequential suppression of science relates to the narrative that people do not develop immunity following a Covid infection. We know that immunity to SARS-CoV-1 is very durable, persisting for at least 12-17 years [8-10]. Immunologists know that immunity to SARS-Cov-2 is no different. This is confirmed by many eminent scientists including Beda M Stadler, the former Director of the Institute for Immunology at the University of Bern and Professor Emeritus (Ivor Cummins, Ep91 Emeritus Professor of Immunology...Reveals Crucial Viral Immunity Reality, 28 July 2020, YouTube), and Sucharit Bhakdi, former Chair of Medical Microbiology at the University of Mainz [11]"
