Well done, the evidence is overwhelming now and surely eventually justice must prevail. They are desperately trying to keep this under wraps but more wake up every day. More people are awake to all the scams than ever before and, as you say, it is ironic that being forced to sit at home for months in 2022 was what gave me the time to research and woke me up to a good deal more than just the covid scam. If the laws and acts that facilitate the Emergency are still on the books and can only be changed by state and federal Parliament, could you please explain the broad implications of your win?
I am not familiar with your case, but you may be interested in the case of Shepherd v. I suppose it is important for people to consider that as they use the court system the structure in which they are working. Ultimately I would love to see the CMO get personally sued for the lies about covid case fatality rate he wrote in his letter to trigger the federal state of emergency, but my suspicion is that he can write whatever he wants and a judge will throw it out because 1) it was 'best available evidence at the time' (a lie, of course) or 2) the CMO does not actually need to tell the truth - he is lawless.
Anyway my personal opinion is that there will never be 'justice' because murder, fraud, poisoning and kidnapping was effectively legalised during the Emergency.
So, the scope for legal action is very limited outside of individual personal damages/employment cases, insurance issues or procedural technicalities.
I cannot find any lawyers who are willing to explore legal action at the federal level against the CMO as above.
The issue is that they 1) only work on personal damage/payout cases (yes, even the ones who say they are 'pro-freedom working pro bono'), 2) they are fully in the narrative and will not even consider it, 3) are afraid for their careers and families, or 4) say everything was legal (this I have sympathy for as it is likely correct).
One thing I do wonder about is suing celebrities who promoted the vaccine on social media. That is an interesting loophole I am not sure if anyone has considered yet.
Congratulations, it is great to see those who suffered serious injuries, and those seeking justice for the deceased are having wins. In my case, I received adverse reactions from my coerced injection and refused to risk further injury by taking further injections. This resulted in loss of employment and enduring medical apartheid. Are there any initiatives for the many who are in a similar position to me? Personally, I would love to see all Australians have a fair and just hearing for these abuses.

Story of Hitler invading Norway and Finland. History I never knew but at the end claim was made 70 million people died in WW2.
This current genocide will match that number or more.
I don’t believe justice will happen; Russia and China mudered millions but no apologies or punishment happened.
